·         Dr. Maaruf Ali has been assigned as the conference chair. Dr. Maaruf served as the Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at the College of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Ha’il, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and currently working at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, EPOKA University, Albania.
